This video is quite old, the wine has now matured and is even better. Very little of this vintage is left.

Just one additional comment, he states that Cahors is red wine only. Yes, only red wine made from Malbec can be called Cahors, but some really good white and Rose wines are also made. They are just not labelled Cahors.
